‍1. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows: If a student does not attend their lesson for any reason (regardless of whether notice of cancellation is provided or not), that student will be charged a cancellation fee valued at fifty percent (50%) of the student's usual lesson fee. The exceptions to the cancellation fee are: (a) public holidays and (b) teacher cancellations.

2. Lesson Rescheduling

Lessons are held once per week at the same time each week. If a student does not attend their lesson for any reason, the student may reschedule their lesson to another day and time, subject to their teacher’s availability. Students are also welcome to reschedule their lesson with another teacher, subject to the teacher’s availability. Kindly note that we only allow one rescheduling per lesson. If a student does not attend their rescheduled lesson, it will incur a cancellation fee valued at fifty percent (50%) of the student's usual lesson fee.

3. Pausing Lessons & Refundable Reservation Fee

Students may request to pause their lessons for a minimum period of three weeks or longer. If the student pauses their lessons, we require a Refundable Reservation Fee of $50.00 to reserve the student’s time slot while they are away. The fee will be fully refunded upon the student's return. If the refundable reservation fee is not paid, the student's time slot will be made available to other students.

4. Declined Card Fee

If the student's debit or credit card declines, a $5.25 'declined card fee' will be charged to the student's account. Students' cards are charged the day after their scheduled lesson. For example, if the student's lesson was held on Monday, their card will be charged on Tuesday.
