Our cancellation policy for paid lessons is as follows:
1. If a student does not attend their lesson for any reason (regardless of whether notice of cancellation is provided or not), that student will be charged a cancellation fee valued at fifty percent (50%) of the student's usual lesson fee.
2. The exceptions to the cancellation fee are: (a) public holidays, and (b) long absences of 3 weeks or longer, such as holidays or serious illness.
